American Family Housing PSA

2011 Highlights

In 2011, American Family Housing provided:

• Emergency, Transitional, and Permanent Affordable Housing for over 1,300 people
  
  

• over 30,000 meals
  
  
• 10,000 hours of individual counseling

• 21,627 hours of educational and vocational sessions

• $12,000 for transportation, enabling clients to attend classes and counseling, look for work, or attend school

• Over $45,000.00 in child care funding so adult family members could maintain jobs

• Tools and support for 38 families to move into permanent housing

• Tools and support for 2 families to become "First Time Home Buyers"
• Added 4 new purchased  affordable housing units
